We’re thrilled to welcome Deborah Deras, international speaker, author, and professor at Santa Barbara City College, for a special event on Saturday, September 6, from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Deborah will be signing copies of her book, Confessions of an Adrenaline Addict: How to Achieve More with Less Effort, and introducing her new program, Your Ego is Not Your Amigo: How to Tune Into Your Intuitive Guidance System.

Deborah believes that when you go within, you never go without, and that restoring alignment begins with yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. Having recently moved to Ventura, she’s grateful to have been led by her intuition to the beautiful Grassroots Yoga community. Her passion is helping others return to clarity, balance, and peace so they can fulfill their soul’s contracts.
