This is our signature group coaching program to help experts learn the step by step system to secure paid speaking gigs. We only open up enrollment twice a year in the Spring and Fall, so enrollment is open now through April 21st.

You will be assigned to a cohort group that supports each other, with a private Facebook community to cheer each other on, you will have video modules and a workbook to lead you through and coaching from the top Latina Peak Performance Speaker herself, Deborah Deras. Plus over 55 episodes of the Be A Paid Speaker Now Podcast audios and videos to give you tons of practical tips to get started.
